November & December Empties

Image
So, November was pretty much a wash for me for blogging. I don't know how it happened, but I ended up barely blogging at all in November, which means that I have not one but TWO months of empties to share with you. Get excited. Or don't, it's really up to you. Oahu Coconut Sunset Ultra Shea Body Cream by Bath & Body Works - You guys already know that I go through Bath & Body Works products like they're water. This month, I used up a tube of Oahu Coconut Sunset Ultra Shea Body Cream. I really like BBW's body cream formula; it's very luxurious and moisturizing.  I think the Oahu Coconut Sunset scent was limited edition; it's a nice, summer-y scent with lots of coconut and fruity notes. If BBW brought it back, I would definitely repurchase. Mineral Infused Face Primer in Brightening Lavender by e.l.f. - I really enjoyed this product. For $6, it was an excellent primer. It really smoothed out my skin and created a great base for my makeup. I don&

Reviews: Kathleen Lights Palette X Morphe

So, about a month and a half ago, Kathleen Lights announced that she was coming out with a collab palette with Morphe, and I died of excitement. Died. I am dead. First of all, I just recently (in the last four months or so) discovered how epic Morphe shadows are, and I can't get enough of them. Secondly, I adore Kathleen Lights, her collabs are awesome, and I will proudly support all of her collabs. So...I ordered it approximately three seconds after it came on sale, and I didn't look back. I've had this palette for about a month now, and I really love it. I find myself reaching for it all the time. I've been meaning to review it for a while, but, as you know, I have a backlog of palettes to review (I know, I know, I'm behind). I feel a bit bad about reviewing this palette because I know it was limited edition and you can't get it anymore. However, it's supposedly being re-released. So, if you're hoping to pick up this palette in the future, I hope thi

Reviews: Modern Watercolors Eyes Palette by Sephora + Pantone Universe

As you know, I'm the Queen of the Impulse Buy, and one of my most recent impulse buys—okay, about a month and a half ago (I'm behind on my palette reviews—was the Modern Watercolors Eyes Palette by Sephora + Pantone Universe. I know that this palette came out quite a while ago, but I only now bought it because it was on sale on Sephora.com. Plus, I've recently been trying out more colorful eye looks, so I thought this—very colorful palette —would be a good palette to supplement the colorful shadows I already have. First of all, the packaging is very pretty. The lid is designed to look like a watercolor painting, which is really very beautiful. So far so good. However, the shadows themselves are a bit of a struggle to work with. Don't get me wrong, there are a bunch of pastel shades in this palette that look gorgeous in the pan. The only issue is that these shadows have virtually no pigment. I understand that they're supposed to be "watercolors," an
