Mini Bath & Body Works Haul (pt. 2)

If I had infinite money and infinite storage space, I think I would own every single product that Bath & Body Works. As it is, I'm kind of a Bath & Body Works hoarder--lo-key, don't worry--and I have a ton of Bath & Body Works products. There's a 1000% chance that I don't need any more Bath & Body Works stuff. But, I keep buying it, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Anyway, I went to Bath & Body Works recently, bought some stuff, and now I'm going to tell you about it.

Sea Salt Hair Mist in at The Beach ($16.50) - I got this product as sort of a freebie add on with the rest of my order from B&BW's website. With a certain amount of minimum purchase, you could pick a free product from the At The Beach line. I picked the hair mist because I'd never tried a B&BW hair mist, and I was intrigued. I've only used this like twice, and I don't really know how I feel about it. It doesn't really seem to do anything to my hair. I think this is because it's supposed to add texture to your hair and my hair already has a lot of texture. However, it's supposed to be nourishing as well, so I'll continue to play around with it and let you know what I think.

Fine Fragrance Mist in Japanese Cherry Blossom ($14) - Japanese Cherry Blossom is one of my favorite Bath & Body Works scents of life, and I ran out of my Japanese Cherry Blossom fragrance mist quite a while ago, so I decided that it was about time to pick up a new one. This scent is kind of difficult to describe, but it's a very subtle, floral fragrance with a warm, almost fruity undertone. I think it's very flattering and feminine, and, in general, is a good "every day" scent; I especially like it in the winter. I think all B&BW scents have pretty good fragrance pay off, and this particular scent lasts on my skin for a long time.

Shower Gel in Japanese Cherry Blossom ($12.50) - As I just said, I love the scent Japanese Cherry Blossom fragrance mist; so, it seemed like a no-brainer to pick up the shower gel version. B&BW makes one of the best shower gels on the market (in my humble opinion). It's very concentrated, so a little goes a long way, and the fragrance is strong and has good staying power on your skin. Plus, it gets you clean (which, I suppose, is the most important thing). If you haven't tried B&BW shower gels, I highly recommend picking one up.

Fine Fragrance Mist in Almond & Vanilla ($14) - I heard Kathleenlights talk about this particular fragrence in one of her recent videos. I'd definately seen the Almond & Vanilla line in B&BW stores, but I'd never been tempted to smell it because it didn't seem like a scent I'd like. But, I figured that, if Kathleen liked it, there must be something to it. So, I decided to give it a try the next time I was in B&BW. Boy howdy is this a great scent! It's very subtle and "mature," and by "mature" I mean understated and classy, not a grandma scent. Strangely, it doesn't smell anything like almonds, which is fine by me because I'm not a big fan of almonds in general. It's not that I have anything against them, I just don't think they have any business being a flavor of pastry, but I digress. Anyway, this scent is fantastic. It has a subtle sweetness with an undertone of vanilla and the tiniest hint of something floral. Normally I'm not the biggest fan of vanilla scents because I don't like to smell like food, but the floral scent and the sweetness balance this out in a really nice way. This is probably something you have to smell to believe, so check it out the next time you're at B&BW.

Shower Gel in Almond & Vanilla ($12.50) - As I said, I love the B&BW shower gel formula and I really enjoy the Almond & Vanilla scent, so I'm really excited about this shower gel. I find the Almond & Vanilla scent to be sort of relaxing, so I think it'll be the perfect product to use when I take a shower just before going to bed.

Aloe Lotion in Moonlight Path ($16.50) - B&BW just released a new line of Aloe Lotions, and I have to say that I'm intrigued. It's a really interesting formula for a lotion because it doesn't really feel like a traditional lotion. To me, it almost feels like a silicone based primer. It's not creamy; in fact, the formula is sort of dry, yet very very moisturizing because of the aloe. On the skin it feels very smoothing, but it does leave a tiny bit of a residue. I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this formula, but it is a very creative idea.

Anyway, that's what I got from Bath & Body Works recently; let me know what you think in the comments!
