It's been a while since I've written one of these new to my collection blogs. I've picked up a lot of new products recently, so I have a lot to talk about. Let's get into it. Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion by Clinique - I needed a new moisturizer and, fortunately, I got a sample of Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion, which I've been wanting to try for a while.  I've only been using it for a few days, but so far I like it! It feels very nourishing and refreshing on the skin, and it's definitely helping me do battle against dry, winter skin. Overall, I'm quite happy with this product, and I think I'll be repurchasing it in the future. I've been wearing contact lens for about a year now.  My vision is definitely better than it was with glasses, and contacts are super comfortable. However, wearing eyeliner in your waterline doesn't always mix well with contact lens. When you don't wear contact lens, the natural moisture in your eye can wash away dirt or makeup residue; if that doesn't work, you can usually blink it out. This doesn't always work when you wear contacts because dirt and other residues have a tendency to adhere to your lens. If you have bad vision like me, you probably know that getting dirt or residue on your contacts is the literal worst (well, maybe just the figurative worst). Today, I was actually cold when I walked outside. Cold! I guess that means that summer is officially over. I had a busy, but fun, summer. August in particular was a super chaotic month for me! It was my birthday month, so I had a lot of social commitments; plus, I moved. As a result, I haven't had too much time to test out a ton of new makeup. So, I have a friend who jokingly says that she celebrates her birthday for the entire month of July. August is my birthday month, and even though I don't celebrate for anywhere near a month, I did feel like every day was my birthday this month because the makeup fairy kept visiting my house and blessed me with a fantastic birthday makeup haul! Not only did I get makeup (and nail polish) as birthday presents, I also got the standard Ulta and Sephora birthday gifts, and the Ulta platinum gifts.
