HUGE Declutter (Winter 2019/ Spring 2020)

Image
I've been decluttering a LOT of products lately. I don't know if it's because we're all in lockdown or because I'm in Spring cleaning mode, but I've recently had the urge to really get my collection under control. I have way too many things that I don't need/use in my collection, and I feel like it's time to get rid of them. As a disclaimer, I will note that I'm not necessarily decluttering these products because they're bad; I'm decluttering them because they're not compatible with my makeup needs or because I have similar things that I like more. Most of the things I've decluttered will go to either friends/family or Project Beauty Share, a charitable organization that gives gently used or new makeup products to women in need. I will have to throw away a couple of these things because they're too old to give away. So, without further ado, let's jump into all the products I've decluttered! Emerald Obsessions Palett...

Even Better Foundation by Clinique: Review

Image
I don't know what Clinque's Even Better Foundation is supposed to be even better than, but, I gotta tell you, it's even better than almost every other foundation I own. I picked up this foundation from Ulta on a whim a few months ago. I didn't expect to be totally blown away by it, but I was. In fact, this might be my new favorite foundation. I mean, this is a beautiful foundation. It just looks so natural on the skin. It's not too matte and not too dewey; it's somewhere in between, and it's perfect! It has medium coverage, which is my personal favorite. It's not too heavy on the skin, but it has enough coverage to hide your imperfections. Plus, most importantly to me, it doesn't crease ! To put it in perspective, almost every foundation creases around my chin. To find a foundation that doesn't crease is basically a miracle to me! Plus, I think $29.50 is a pretty fair price, especially considering the fact that Clinique is a high end bra...

New to My Collection: Fall 2019/Winter 2020

Image
It's been a while since I wrote a "new to my collection" blog post. I came up with the idea for these posts a while ago as a way to showcase makeup that I recently added to my collection that I wasn't planning to review separately. The idea here is to give you a lot of opinions quickly. So, without further ado, lets jump into chatting about the products that are new to my collection! Creme de la Creme Palette by ColourPop - I wanted to try ColourPop's powder highlight formula, and, when I saw this palette was on sale, I knew I had to pick it up. Unfortunately, I didn't really enjoy this formula. The shades aren't very pigmented, and they're extremely glittery. I'm not getting a ton of use out of this palette, but, fortunately, it only cost be about $5, so that's okay. Ultra Matte Lip in Saigon by ColourPop - I really like all of ColourPop's lip products; I have a ton of them in my collection, and I use them often. The Ultra Ma...
