SO. I think I have a new favorite neutral palette (and that's really saying something considering I have approximately one million neutral palettes; but hey, you can always use more, right?) Seriously though, I recently picked up the  Going Coconuts Palette by ColourPop , and I've been LOVING IT lately. Before, I dive into the review I want to let you know that this palette retails for $12, includes 9 pans, and is available on ColourPop's website . It comes in ColourPop's hard plastic packaging, which isn't my favorite, but I can live with it. In terms of price, I think the cost is very reasonable considering the quality of these shadows. I've observed that ColourPop always does a good job at delivering bang for your buck. Why I'm Returning the Clay Play Face Shaping Palette Vol. 2 by Tarte

Okay. So, this is going to be an unusual blog post for me, but I feel that this palette --  Clay Play Face Shaping Palette Vol. 2 by Tarte -- needs to be addressed. I recently picked up the  Vol. 2 palette, but I feel that t here are some real and serious issues with this palette that need to be talked about . I'm going to dive into that in a minute, but, first, let me explain my "journey" with this palette. Recently, I found out that Tarte was releasing a second "volume" of their Clay Play palette. I really enjoy their Clay Play palette ( as you can read in my review of the palette ). So, when I heard about the Vol. 2 palette and I saw that it was going to have shimmer shades and blushes (swoon), I decided I was going to buy it without question. Review: The New Classics Palette by e.l.f.

I have used quite a few e.l.f. products in my life, but I've never had an e.l.f. eyeshadow palette before. e.l.f. eyeshadow palettes seems to usually get pretty decent reviews, but I was never tempted to pick one up before because I'm not usually impressed by drug store palettes. However, when the New Classics Palette came out, I was drawn to it right away because I found the color scheme to be super appealing. There are a lot of cool-toned and neutral-toned shadows and some beautiful, mauve toned shades. I don't think this color scheme is totally unique, but I haven't seen any other drug store palette quite like this one. Anyway,  I picked up this palette around Christmas on sale, and I've been playing with it ever since. I've had a lot of time to test it out, so let's dive into the review.
