Clean as What? Patchology Clean AF Cleansing Wipes Review

When it comes to makeup remover wipes, I'm often a little reluctant to try new products. I have my favorites (the Coconut Cleansing Wipes by Yes To), and I don't often stray away from them.

However, I've been hearing one of my favorite YouTubers--Samantha March--talk about the Patchology Clean AF Cleansing Wipes for a long time now, and I finally decided to try them.

I picked up a four pack of the wipes (big commitment, I know). I've almost gone through one whole pack now, and I have some thoughts to share, so let's dive into the review!

First of all, let's chat about price. Each packet of these wipes is $5, which I think is pretty reasonable. There's only 15 wipes in each packet, which seems like a below average number to me. However, they are affordable, so I can look past that.

Now, let's chat about the actual product. I think these wipes are really good at removing makeup; they cut through makeup with very little scrubbing or wiping. They're also very moist, which I appreciate. Many brands make their wipes too dry, which means you have to use a lot more effort to remove makeup. So, in terms of formula, I think this is a great product. I should note that I do not have sensitive skin, so I don't know how gentle they are.

I do, however, have some issues with these wipes. First of all, they are way too small for an entire face of makeup. Even using both sides of the wipe, I find I quickly run out of space for removing makeup, and I often find myself reaching for another one. I feel like I need these wipes to be at least an inch longer. They also have a faint chemical smell, which I don't like; however, that's not a deal breaker for me. If you're sensitive to those sorts of smells, you might want to stay away from these wipes.

Overall, these are really great cleansing wipes at an affordable price. If you're looking to try a new makeup remover wipe, I recommend checking these out.
