February Empties
B.A.E. Illuminating Face Primer by Lottie London - I have to say that I really enjoyed this primer; it was very illuminating and it gave my skin a "lit from within" glow. If you're looking for an illuminating primer that won't break the bank, I think this would be a good option. However, it doesn't really do anything in terms of filling pores or smoothing skin, so that's something to keep in mind. I probably won't repurchase this primer because I have a lot of other primers to use up, but I do recommend it.
CoverAll Crème Foundation (Fair) by Wet n' Wild - I don't have strong feelings about this foundation. It was super cheap, which I appreciated, and it did give an nice finish to the skin. The coverage was medium to full, which was nice, but the shade range was terrible. The lightest shade was too dark for me, so I mostly used this foundation as a mixer with other foundations. I really like mixing foundations, and this was a good one for adding more coverage to light coverage foundations.
Aquamarine Crystal Setting Spray by ColourPop - I wrote a complete review of ColourPop's Crystal Sprays a few months ago. I have mixed feelings about these sprays, but I think this particular spray is the best from the collection. It's supposed to be a dewy setting spray, and it does give the skin a nice finish. The only problem is the nozzle; the spray-er produces a really heavy, wet spray that can leave droplets and marks on your face. Personally, I probably wouldn't repurchase this product, but I would if it had a better nozzle.
Limitless Lengths Lash Sculpting Mascara by Fiona Stiles - This mascara isn't really an empty. This mascara is a "I threw it away because it was so terrible." I could not stand this mascara. It didn't add any volume to my lashes, it didn't add any length, and it was incredibly dry. I think this has been discontinued, so you probably can't buy it. But, if you do find it for sale anywhere, you shouldn't buy it.
Photo Focus Setting Spray by Wet n' Wild - I wasn't a huge fan of this setting spray, but that's mostly because I'm not a huge fan of matte setting sprays. If you do like matte setting sprays, I think this would be a good, budget friendly choice for you. The bottle produced a nice mist too, which is, of course, much appreciated. I will say that the bottle is very small; however, it is cheap, so I think that's to be expected.

Cotton Comforting Facial Wipes by Yes To - I've written about these wipes many times; they're really great. Like the Facial Cleansing Towelettes with White Tea Extract by Burt's Bees, they're cheap and they do a great job of removing makeup. I highly recommend these wipes.
Alter Ego Lipstick in Secret Agent by Lorac - I think I've only used a lipstick up completely two or three times in my life. I have so many lipsticks that it's really hard to use up an entire lipstick, which should give you a sense of how much I love this lipstick. This has been my favorite lipstick for a long time. The formula is great; it's creamy and easy to apply. But the shade is what makes it really special for me. It's the perfect brownish, pinkish shade. It goes with literally every look, and I always throw it on when I'm not sure which lip to wear. I already have a new tube of this lipstick, and I'll definitely continue to repurchase it.
Let me know what you used up this month in the comments!
